Overview
Too often, practical activities focus on doing rather than learning. This engaging and highly practical webinar shows you how to design experiential learning that goes beyond task completion to create meaningful, transferable learning that sticks.
Part of our Teaching with Impact, supported by Great Theory webinar series, this session is designed for education and training professionals who want to strengthen pedagogy and enhance everyday practice. Each webinar in the series focuses on strategies you can apply immediately helping you build purposeful, well-structured learning experiences that drive engagement, behaviour, and achievement.
In this session, you’ll explore how to design and deliver work-based and practical learning activities that actively develop critical thinking, reflection, and real-world application. Grounded in the principles of experiential learning, the webinar will equip you with a clear framework for turning active participation into deep learning—whether you work in classrooms, workshops, or workplace settings.
By the end of the session, you’ll be able to confidently create learning experiences that not only engage learners in the moment but also support long-term skill development and improved outcomes.
