Overview
Apprenticeship providers are increasingly supporting employers to engage younger learners with a broader range of needs, experiences and levels of workplace readiness.
Alongside growing focus on youth participation and inclusion, many employers are feeling uncertain about how to support learners who may present with SEND, SEMH needs, lower confidence, communication challenges or gaps in employability, Maths, English and Digital Skills.
