AELP named 15th most inclusive workforce in the country

The Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP) has been awarded 15th place in the National Centre for Diversity’s (NCfD) Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index for 2023.

The announcement follows AELP being awarded ‘Investors in Diversity’ accreditation by the NCfD in January 2023, and breaking into the Top 50 Most Inclusive Workplaces in 2022. NCfD’s Top 100 Most Inclusive UK Workplaces is a prestigious award which highlights and celebrates the achievements of organisations who have committed to building inclusive cultures.

AELP has, in recent years, made it a priority to embed the principles of FREDIE (fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement) into everything it does – and this marks the latest staging point on that journey.

Sharon Blyfield OBE, AELP Board Member, said:

“Everyone at AELP is delighted to have our dedication to embedding the principles of fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement recognised again this year by the National Centre for Diversity. This is another important step on our journey to being a leading employer when it comes to diversity – and is a direct result of the efforts put in by our staff to ensure AELP is an inclusive place to work.”
