Jonathan Alton, Development Manager (Construction), NOCN
Having qualified as a teacher/tutor in 2005 Jonathan spent 13 years teaching in further education including working at a specialist construction college.
In 2018 he joined NOCN as a Product Developer and since 2022 has managed the Construction Product Development Team. During his time with NOCN he has developed and managed a wide range of skills solutions including End Point Assessments, Assured Courses, International Skills Tests and Regulated Qualifications for the Construction Sector. He has successfully launched Regulated Qualifications from Entry Level 3 to Level 4, including a Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ) and Technical Occupational Entry Qualifications.
