Sexual harassment remains a significant and often under‑reported issue across the FE and Skills sector, with recent national reviews highlighting the urgent need for stronger cultures, clearer reporting pathways, and greater staff confidence.
This webinar will provide a focused, practical exploration of what effective prevention looks like in everyday practice. It will cover what constitutes sexual harassment in FE settings, how to recognise early indicators and cultural risk factors, the legal and safeguarding duties that shape staff responses, and practical strategies for intervening and supporting learners.
