Overview
Apprenticeship providers are increasingly supporting employers to engage younger learners with a broader range of needs, experiences and levels of workplace readiness.
Alongside growing focus on youth participation and inclusion, many employers are feeling uncertain about how to support learners who may present with SEND, SEMH needs, lower confidence, communication challenges or gaps in employability, Maths, English and Digital Skills.
At the same time, providers are being expected to strengthen employer engagement, improve learner retention and support meaningful workplace experiences that lead to successful progression.
This practical and interactive webinar explores how providers can help employers create supportive, realistic and sustainable workplace environments for younger and more diverse apprenticeship learners.
