The group also discusses new trends, innovations and hot topics driving change.
I’ve worked in education for almost 20 years after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant before moving into the world of apprenticeships and digital learning. Early on, I played a key role in developing the first Accountancy Trailblazer standards, and five years ago, embraced the exciting challenge of moving into the digital apprenticeship space.
Today, I head up the Technology Apprenticeship and Higher Education division at BPP Education Group, working alongside an incredible team of trainers, coaches, and subject matter experts. I love how fast-paced and innovative this sector is, and how creative it enables our teams to be. At the same time, I understand the challenge of keeping curriculums relevant while balancing the constraints of set standards.
As Chair of the Digital Training Provider Forum, my mission is to create an open, collaborative space where members can share ideas, tackle challenges, and celebrate successes. I want our meetings to bring clarity, spark meaningful conversations, and amplify our collective voice to government. I’m also deeply committed to making the technology sector more accessible to diverse groups through ensuring opportunities are inclusive and reflective of the world we live in.
It’s an exciting time to be in digital education, and I’m passionate about helping us stay ahead of change, educating the talent of tomorrow.
