Kathryn Wills is an experienced leader in the further education and skills sector, with a strong track record in supporting organisations through strategic transformation and quality improvement. As Company Director of Purple Assured Ltd, Kathryn works alongside providers to enhance quality outcomes, prepare for inspections, and develop effective self-assessment and improvement plans. Her previous roles include Director of Quality at Babington, Capita, QA, and Remit where she guided teams through successful Ofsted inspections consistently achieving Grade 2 outcomes.
Kathryn’s expertise covers quality and curriculum strategy and business transformation, with extensive experience managing large-scale projects and contracts, including apprenticeships, AEB, and devolved funding. She is a Chartered MCIPD, a qualified teacher, and a Mental Health First Aider, dedicated to fostering cultures of excellence and continuous improvement.
As Chair of the AELP Business and Management Forum, Kathryn’s vision is to create a friendly, collaborative space where members feel welcome to share best practice, tackle sector challenges, and drive positive change together.
