Tracy Martin is an accomplished Quality and Training Manager with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and training sectors. Currently serving as a Quality Manager at Lifetime Training, she specialises in ensuring compliance, maintaining excellence in service delivery, and embedding continuous improvement frameworks aligned with regulatory standards from awarding bodies, the ESFA, and Ofsted. Tracy brings a wealth of expertise in quality assurance, leadership, apprenticeship delivery, and stakeholder engagement, having held senior roles in national training organisations and award-winning hospitality programmes. Known for building high-performing teams and driving learner success, she combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach to quality improvement. Her career is marked by a consistent focus on innovation, operational excellence, and impactful partnerships across the training and hospitality industries.
