Samantha Leleu has spent 22 years working across the UK logistics sector, specialising in workforce development, commercial driver risk management, and large-scale training solutions. As Director within the Pertemps Recruitment partnership and Founding Director of PDT Fleet Training and PDT Horizons – Adult Skills Academy, Samantha has dedicated her career to strengthening the transport and logistics workforce through industry-aligned, employer-led skills programmes.
Across two decades, she has supported some of the UK’s largest fleet and logistics operations, delivering safe, sustainable career pathways for new entrants while raising professional standards across driving, operations, and road-risk management. Her work spans employer engagement, advanced driver development, risk reduction, and modernising training through VR and immersive learning technologies, developed in collaboration with leading industry academics.
Samantha is a passionate ambassador for the sector, with a particular commitment to championing women in logistics and creating safe, supportive transitions for the next generation of drivers.
