As Director within the Pertemps Recruitment partnership and Founding Director of PDT Fleet Training and PDT Horizons – Adult Skills Academy, Samantha has dedicated her career to strengthening the transport and logistics workforce through industry-aligned, employer-led skills programmes.
Across two decades, she has supported some of the UK’s largest fleet and logistics operations, delivering safe, sustainable career pathways for new entrants while raising professional standards across driving, operations, and road-risk management.
