Overview

Get ahead of the 2026 subcontracting assurance cycle with a practical session designed to demystify the full review and audit process.

This webinar lifts the lid on what auditors really look for—helping you prepare with confidence, avoid common pitfalls, and position your organisation for a successful DfE evaluation.

Led from an auditor’s perspective, the session walks you step-by-step through the assurance journey, from internal self-assessment to external review and final DfE outcomes. You’ll leave with practical strategies you can apply immediately to strengthen compliance, improve evidence, and streamline preparation across your subcontracting arrangements.

Whether you're brand new to the process or refining your approach ahead of the next cycle, this session gives you the clarity and confidence you need to get it right first time.

Objectives

By attending, participants will be better equipped to navigate the assurance review process and support successful outcomes for their organisations.

Gain the insight, clarity and practical direction needed to confidently navigate the 2026 assurance cycle.

During the session, you will:

  • Understand exactly what the self-assessment document must demonstrate—and why it’s central to the assurance process
  • Build confidence in planning, scheduling, and preparing for the next self-assessment and audit
  • Learn the key assessment criteria auditors measure against—and how to evidence them effectively
  • Benefit from lessons learned across completed subcontracting standard audits, including common errors and proven best practices
  • Gain clear insight into the DfE evaluation process and how to align with its expectations

By the end of the webinar, you’ll be better equipped to lead a smooth, well-prepared assurance review that supports successful outcomes for your organisation.
