Overview
Stepping into the CEO role is both an exciting milestone and a defining test of leadership. In the final part of our Aspiring CEO Development Programme, we explore what the first 100 days at the top truly look like — beyond the title and into the real challenges and opportunities that come with the role.
Join us as we uncover the realities of CEO life: from managing the inevitable sense of isolation to building vital support networks and fostering strong, productive relationships with your Chair and Board. Our expert panel will share insights on how to find your leadership balance, navigate competing priorities, and stay true to your purpose as you establish yourself in the role.
This session will help you decide not only how to lead — but whether the journey to the top is right for you.
