Caroline believes in giving everyone the opportunity to learn the skills to keep safe. After 9 years as a primary school educator, she understands the issues and complexities that pupils and staff face in the education sector and she has a passion for change, as well as a drive to ensure that the learners of today have a safer future.
Throughout her career, Caroline has been responsible for managing and supporting children and families but at the forefront has had the devotion to understanding that every family, every learner and every carer is different and has different needs.
