Led by governance specialists Katy Lennon and Marie McQuade of Peridot Partners, this webinar will explore how good boards contribute to better inspection outcomes, sharper leadership accountability, and long-term organisational resilience.
Drawing on experience across the charity and public sectors, attendees will reflect on how to evolve governance from passive oversight to proactive, high-impact leadership.

With over 18 years of extensive experience in work-based learning, education and skills, Katy Lennon discovered the world of apprenticeships while working in customer relations. This hands-on experience ignited her enthusiasm for the field, leading her to become a trainee work-based assessor and build a career that mixed qualifications and experience, all without student debt.
