HR Manager
Nicci heads up the HR and People Function at AELP and brings a huge amount of HR and Business Operations experience to the team. Nicci is people minded, business focussed and values driven, and feels happiest when she see’s a purpose and her purpsoe is making a difference.
With a career spanning over 20 years in HR, Nicci has worked in both private and public sector organisations, within Aerospace, Environmental, Health, and Recruitment Sectors and has experience in both strategic and operational HR, leading teams and cross-functional project delivery.
As well as HR, Nicci also runs her own Holistic Therapy Practice and is really passionate about health and wellbeing. She enjoys time away, exploring and walks with the dog.
