Overview
This webinar will help providers understand the importance of clean ILR data and the potential impact of ILR errors for training providers. The webinar will go through common errors encountered throughout the submission process for Apprenticeship data files and approaches to resolve common ILR data errors.
Objectives
This webinar will:
- Discuss and explain common ILR errors that occur in the data entry portion of the submission and the potential impact of data errors. In addition, demonstrate best practice approaches in how to understand, clear and resolve these errors. A clear data submission will allow providers to ensure that they are getting paid accurately for their delivery;
- Provide an understanding of the Apprenticeship Data Match report and quick tips on how to ensure that there are no records in this report. This supports training providers/ members to ensure that they are getting paid for their learners as well as ensuring that errors don’t carry over into later months as they then become more difficult to fix;
- Give some best practice tips and guidance to maximise the suite of data reports that are available with the ILR submission including key areas you need to take a look at before the claim deadline;
- Discuss approaches to R14 returns and importance of accurate data submission in relation to ESFA audits and accountability framework.
All of these factors support all staff within providers to understand the importance of accurate ILR data submissions.
