Neil Anderson
Head of Marketing
Neil joined AELP in 2024 and heads our marketing activities.
He has a background in marketing, communications, public relations, digital engagement, brand and stakeholder management from a career in the not-for-profit, publicly funded, and private sectors.
He spent a decade at Cadbury plc and subsequently worked with charities promoting STEM education and addressing educational disadvantages. Additionally, he has experience with organisations in the arts, tourism, and cultural arena.
From 2018 to 2023, Neil supported members and stakeholders at the Black Country Chamber of Commerce.
He holds master’s degrees in communications, business administration, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Neil has also served as trustee and non-executive director, supporting organisations that advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, mental health, and adult education.
