AELP works with its members, government and employers to support the development of policies that deliver high quality, learner-centred skills and employability services.
We work in partnership with our members on a day-to-day basis to ensure that we understand what is important to them, what their concerns are, and what information they need.
We do this through face-to-face conversations, webinars, conferences, sector forums and special interest groups... constantly looking to ensure we can hear the voices of our members.
We then lobby government departments and agencies to ensure that the views of our members are heard.
We focus on solutions, not discussing problems at length, complaining or grandstanding. We always look to get the right answer for our members through our lobbying work.
