Good to Great Programme

Sponsored by NOCN

Lots of the support currently offered in the sector around quality improvement is often targeted at new providers in helping them to become compliant and establish base line provision. That’s great, but what about existing providers? This programme, delivered by AELP, sponsored by NOCN, sets out to help existing providers drive excellence and improve existing capacity to aspire to support the next step in their evolution to become ‘great’. Overseen by an experienced facilitator/coach and delivered by a team of subject experts from across the sector this programme will give providers the tools to self-assess starting points, develop an organisation action plan and use expert support, advice and peer support to take provision to bridge the gap between being good and becoming ‘great’.
