With a diverse career spanning various educational institutions including secondary and FE , my passion has always been rooted in education and supporting others to achieve their potential. Joining Learning Curve Group (LCG) in September 2022, I was thrilled to become part of a large, successful, and multifaceted independent training provider that shares my values and vision.

At LCG, my primary focus is enhancing our careers guidance provision to ensure learners receive comprehensive and impactful support. As a member of the expert practitioner group for the revised Gatsby Benchmarks, I have had the privilege of shaping these important standards and contributing to their development. LCG is now proud to be an early adopter of the revised benchmarks, further solidifying our position as a pioneering force in the Independent Training Provider sector.

I am passionate about driving forward high-quality careers education and welcome conversations with anyone who shares this goal. Together, we can continue to make a positive impact on the lives of learners and the wider education landscape.
