With over 15 years’ experience in the Work Based Learning and Apprenticeship sector, coupled with nearly 20 years in management roles for large prestigious organisations, Teresa's enthusiasm for Apprenticeships, learning, and seeing others realise and achieve their full potential shines through as does her genuine commitment to her customers and learners.

Max Ruddock, Training Delivery Manager, Cambridge Sparks
Max Ruddock is the Training Delivery Manager at Cambridge Spark, overseeing Apprenticeship and Skills Bootcamp training delivery, Functional Skills and SEND. An ex-English teacher with a specialism in SEND, Max is passionate about ensuring a 'gold standard' experience for all learners within our provision and ensuring that our programmes are as accessible to as many learners as possible. Inclusivity is at the heart of his motivation: holding an MSc and PGCE, Max drives the Teaching and Learning agenda ensuring the move away from a traditional, and into a more experiential approach, enables learners to excel far beyond their programme and into their future careers.
