Esam Baboukhan

Esam is a highly respected expert in technology enhanced teaching, learning and assessment with over two decades of experience in the field. He has received numerous awards and recognitions, including Pearson Digital Innovator of the Year 2019 (Silver) and recognition in the UK's EdTech 50. Esam is dedicated to leveraging technology to create more inclusive and accessible learning environments, and he is known for his innovative teaching methods. 
Throughout his career, Esam has taught across many different subjects and held various roles where he was responsible for improving teaching, learning, and assessment standards. He has also served as an e-learning manager and worked as a Microsoft Learning Consultant. Currently, he is the co-founder of Transform Education, a training and consultancy company that is currently working on a World Bank-sponsored project in Jordan to create a nationwide blended learning strategy. Additionally, he is also the co-founder of TeacherMatic, one of the UK's fastest-growing AI teaching assistant platforms.

Scott Rorrison, Teaching & Learning Improvement Manager, Humberside Engineering Training Association (HETA)

Scott leads the teaching and learning improvement strategy. He manages staff development, lesson observations, and oversees the Ofsted SAR and QIP processes.

Beyond HETA, Scott is a T Level Associate and Independent End Point Assessor (Metal Fabricator) for City and Guilds.
