Health Education England (HEE) exists for one reason only: to support the delivery of excellent healthcare and health improvement to the patients and public of England by ensuring that the workforce of today and tomorrow has the right numbers, skills, values and behaviours, at the right time and in the right place.
Health Education England works across England to deliver high quality education and training for a better health and healthcare workforce.
We employ nearly 2,000 people in a variety of leadership, education and support roles who are based in local teams across England.
The HEE National Talent For Care team have a specific focus on apprenticeships and widening participation and have been actively involved in developing over 40 new Health specific Trailblazers to date.
We work closely with NHS Trusts nationally supporting them on all aspects of apprenticeships.
