Latest AELP Parliamentary Newsletter available online

Last updated: 22 Apr 2013

MPs were sent last week the latest edition of the concise AELP Parliamentary Newsletter.  It covers four topical issues, namely:  the danger of Traineeships having limited impact on addressing the NEET challenge; AELP’s views on apprenticeships following the government’s response to the Richard review; the need of further reform to adult skills funding to make it more real-time employer responsive; and AELP’s concerns over devolving skills budgets to LEPs.  Copies of the newsletter can be downloaded below and members are encouraged to use it as briefing material in any dealings they may have with local politicians and other key stakeholders.
