| We are looking for a highly motivated and inspirational leader to drive this Plymouth-based private training provider onto outstanding. Reporting to the Board, you will lead a team of 100 plus staff offering a range of educational and vocational provision, including Apprenticeships. This is a strategic position, requiring a learner-centred focus and commitment to further strengthening excellent teaching, learning and assessment. With a sound knowledge of further education and work-based learning, you will have significant and demonstrable management experience at Director level, and a proven track record of leading an organisation through change.
