Strategic Exchange

AELP has set up a new special interest group, called the Strategic Exchange that focuses on issues related to governance and strategic leadership. The meetings provide an opportunity to discuss a wide range of topics including roles and responsibilities of non-executive Directors, recruiting new Board Directors, strategic planning and measuring Board effectiveness.
