Sponsor: The Information Authority
IA is looking for a range of stakeholders to attend each consultative session. The output from these sessions will help to steer future work.
Some of the broad issues that we are planning to discuss include:
• ILR developments – collection dates, new look documentation, improving the change process.
• Learner documentation – could ILR forms, learner plans, learner agreements, etc. be merged into one concise form?
• Data burden – looking at the key themes from the Oakleigh report and discussing ways that burden and bureaucracy can be reduced.
• Data security – to assess whether system wide guidance on this is necessary and, if so, what form should it take.
• New organisations and their roles – the information authority, the Data Service, MIAP etc. why have these organisations been formed and how will they affect you?
