Due to the overwhelming support and need from members requesting clarity about the concerns raised about LSC intention to move to ‘payment of actuals' for November 2008, ALP hosted three half day briefing sessions in December to look at the issues of data, funding and payments prior to the 1st planned payment date for actuals due around 15th December.
