| Before joining AELP in 2005, Chris worked for the Connexions Service leading on a range of projects supporting young people into employment and training. During the later part of her employment with Connexions she undertook a 2 year secondment with the Learning and Skills Council (LSC), where her role was to manage and implement strategies for the improvement of work-based and e-learning provision in the West of England. Chris joined AELPs Senior Management team in 2007 where her job as Director of Business Development is to generate new government funded business opportunities, such as the multi million pound Learning Innovation Grant and E-Learning Content Creation programmes and also to identify new markets and strategic developments, which supports improved business operations and provides benefit for AELP’s growing membership. |
